Personal data processing agreement
Hereby I, from here on “Personal data subject”, in application of the requirements of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006, FL number 152 “On personal data” (with amendments and addendums), freely and in my own interest provide IP Andrey Vladimirovich Duksin (from here on “Online shop”, at artscp.com) with consent to processing my personal data, given when registering via filling out a web form on the Online shop’s website artscp.com and its subdomains (from here on “Website”) and submitting it on the website.
My understanding of personal data includes any relevant information about me as the Personal data subject, including my name, surname, patronymic, address, education, profession, contact details (phone number, fax, email, personal address), pictures, other information.
My understanding of personal data processing includes the process of collecting, systematizing, accumulating, elaborating, editing, using, distributing, transferring (internationally or otherwise), depersonalizing, blocking, destroying and indefinitely storing personal data as well as other actions (operations) with it.
The data processing is conducted for the sole purpose of registering the Personal data subject in the Online shop’s database, which will then be used to send the Personal data subject emails and sms notifications as well as advertisements from the Online shop, affiliated organizations/subcontractors. Informative or news emails may also be sent as well as invitations to Online shop events. The data can also be used to identify the Personal data subject at Online shop events.
The submission date for the consent to personal data processing is the date of submitting the web form from the Online shop’s website.
The personal data processing of the Personal data subject can be conducted with the use of automatic and/or without them in application of Russian federal law and the Online shop’s internal provisions.
The online shop takes all necessary legal, organizational and technical actions to insure the protection of personal data against illegal or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution of personal data as well as other illegal actions with personal data. It also assumes responsibility for preserving the confidentiality of the personal data subject’s personal data. The online shop retains the right to use the services of third parties as subcontractors to process the personal data of the personal data subject, as well as the right to passing the personal data onto affiliated organizations, while insuring the aforementioned organizations’ responsibility in preserving the confidentiality of the aforementioned data.
I understand that:
1. this consent to processing my personal data, given at the time of registration on the Online shop’s Website will remain valid for 20 years.
2. I may withdraw consent via a written request in a non-specific form.
3. Providing personal data of third parties without their consent is illegal under Russian federal law and may entail criminal liability.
